Anthony (“Tony”) M. Abou Ezzi graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Central College with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small-Business Management, and a minor in Professional Conflict Resolution. He received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2013 where he served as a Staff Editor on the Journal for Computer and Internet Law (J.C.I.L.) and Chairman Special Events Coordinator for the Corporate Law Association. Tony is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
Prior to and during law school, Tony interned at Equip for Equality, an organization in Chicago that offers legal assistance to individuals with a disability. Tony served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge William J. Haddad in the Circuit Court of Cook County during 2011 and 2012. In 2013, Tony was awarded the AT&T Excellence in Pro Bono Legal Services Award, which sponsored him to work with the Center for Disability and Elder Law, an organization that provides legal services to the elderly and individuals with a disability. Since starting his firm, Tony has continued to volunteer at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services where he focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Adult Guardianship, Contracts and Business/Corporate Formation.

Tony enjoys serving as a speaker and panelist for Hands and Voices, an organization that provides support for parents of deaf or hard-of-hearing children, the Illinois Court Reporter’s Association, to discuss best-practices for providing services to deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and Attorneys, and several high schools to discuss the importance of self-advocacy. Tony is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, The Arab American Bar Association, the Arab American Business Professionals Association and the Midwest Center on Law and the Deaf (M.C.L.D.). When he is not working, Tony enjoys playing tennis and ping pong, biking, traveling, and most of all spending time with family.
